The Concentrated Pastry Paste enables you to obtain a genuine flavour, aroma and colour consistently and easily with real orange fruit content all season round. This 1kg tub of paste will colour and flavour up to 8kg of cream!
Mix the concentrate through confectionery products such as cakes, parfaits, cookies and whipped creams at a recommended mixing dosage of 4-8%. Recommended uses include;
