It also allows you to perfectly control the amount of icing sugar or cornflour you need when working with sugar paste, flower paste, gum paste or fondant. To use, untie the top of and fill with cornflour or icing sugar. Simply dab the pouch on your working surface several times and this will prevent your paste or fondant from sticking when rolling.
