The Martellato Non Slip Fondant Mat has pre-marked circles from 3" to 20" to allow for precise measuring, rolling and cutting of fondant, gum paste or dough. With the pre-marked circles you can accurately calculate the size and amount of fondant required to cover a cake. Simply add double the height of the cake to the diameter of the cake and roll out the fondant to suit.
This mat is one of the largest on the market and perfect when rolling out fondant for large cakes, including double barrel cakes. The Non Slip base will make rolling the fondant out on the mat so much easier!
