Colour Mill - Chocolate Drip - 125g Bottle

Colour Mill Chocolate Drip is such a game changer when it comes to adding those luscious Chocolate Drips to your cakes or creating chocolates in moulds. These small but mighty 125g bottles will cover an 8" Round Cake! This amazing design features a screw top lid and can be re-heated time and time again in the microwave safe bottle. Save yourself the time and hassle of creating your own ganache and have consistent results every time!

As a guide, one bottle will cover 1 x 8" round cake. Bear in mind that this will vary greatly depending on the thickness and the length of the drip placed on your cake.

PREPARATION FOR USE:

1. Remove the lid and safety seal
2. Microwave for 20 seconds
3. Squeeze the bottle to break up the chocolate
4. Microwave for another 20 seconds
5. Once heated, screw the lid onto the bottle and shake thoroughly to ensure chocolate has melted through.
6. If chocolate is not completely melted, heat in 10 second intervals until desired consistency is achieved.
7. Cut tip and proceed to use.

This can be re-heated time and time again, until contents are used. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
