Ingredients
 Group 1 Ingredients

1Kg Gluten Free White Mud Cake Mix

6 x 60g eggs

350ml milk

 

Group 2 Ingredients

500g White Chocolate

300g Margarine or Butter

 

Method
  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees

  2. Mix group 1 ingredients on #1 speed for 1-2 minutes

  3. Scrape down mixing bowl

  4. Restart mixer at speed #1 for further 1 minute

  5. White Mud: Microwave group 2 ingredients for 45 seconds

  6. Add group 2 ingredients

  7. Place batter into greased 2 x 20cm/8 inch round cake tins

  8. Spray a piece of foil with oil and cover top of the cake

  9. Bake for Cakes 65-75 minutes and for Muffins bake for 27 minutes
