The Vizyon Dark Compound Chocolate Coins/Buttons were created with the chocolate lover in mind. This dark, deep brown chocolate will retain its colour and shinniness throughout the heating process, making this perfect for creating delicious chocolates and ganache.
Vizyon compound chocolate coins/buttons are ideal for tempering and will have a good flow texture when remelted time and time again, while ensuring to keep its taste and quality when heating and cooling.

Sugar, fully hydrogenated vegetable oil (palm), cocoa powder, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin E322, polyglycerol polyricinolate E476), flavouring (vanillin).
Halal certified. May contain traces of hazelnut, milk and soy products.
Store at 18-22ºC in an odourless place. Do not put it in the fridge. Protect from light, air and moisture. Avoid excessive temperature changes.
Please note in the summer months the chocolate may melt a little when shipped. This will not affect the chocolate and will be fine once remelted.
