This is the best invention to ensure that your gum paste or fondant doesnt dry out too quickly when making gum paste sugar flowers and decorations. Simply place any sugar paste under the flap to ensure that it stays soft and moist longer!
The Sugar Crafty great gum paste flap is a must have for all cake decorators! It is washable and non-stick. Whilst it can be washed, we recommend wiping it down with a damp cloth as opposed to submerging in water, as water may soak into the base (blue section) of the flap.
