Roberts Confectionery Oil Based Flavourings are a fantastic way to add a taste sensation to your chocolate creations. They are highly concentrated, so a little drop goes a long way, and won’t seize your chocolate like water based flavours. They also work great in other oil-based cooking such as fudge, buttercream, mud cakes and more!
Add one drop at a time to your chocolate once melted. We recommend starting with 3 drops per 100g of chocolate and going from there. Store oils in the fridge to maximise shelf life.
