WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Buttercream basics such as filling & icing a cake with buttercream
- Fondant & gumpaste basics
- Piping basics using a variety of tips
- Cutting shapes using fondant
- Attaching fondant details to the cake
- Using edible markers
WHAT IS SUPPLIED?
- We provide all of the supplies and equipment for use on the day.
- All students will leave with a cake box with their very own Patty Pineapple cake
- Apron to keep your clothes clean
- Decorated Cake that you've completed in class
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Please ensure that you wear fully enclosed shoes
- Long hair is tied back for class
