This class is designed for the beginner. No previous experience is required to complete this course.
Come to Lollipop Cake Supplies and learn how to create these beautiful Christmas themed royal icing cookies. Our Christmas royal icing cookie class is designed to teach you the basic skills behind cookie decorating so that you can continue to make beautiful designs once you get home.
During this 3 hour workshop you will learn the following techniques:
- Introduction to royal icing
- Colouring royal icing
- 10 Second Rule and Consistency
- What tools to use
- Butter Bleed
- Setting up piping bags & tips
- Flooding with Royal Icing
- Decorating shapes with multiple colours
- Painting on royal icing
- Stages of the decorating process
- How to dry and store your cookies
- Using silicone moulds to add dimension and decorations to your cookies

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Please ensure that you wear fully enclosed shoes
- Long hair is tied back for class

- If you are unwell with cold & flu symptoms, gastro related symptoms or any other contagious illness, please consider the need to attend. If you cannot make the class due to illness please call us on 07 3102 1246 to advise. We will happily move your booking to another available date.
