Use these Flower Blossom plunger cutters to create beautiful sugar blossoms from fondant or gum paste. Simply roll out the fondant or gum paste to the desired thickness, cut out the shape and depress the plunger to eject the five petal flower.
To obtain a finer finish, use a ball tool to soften the edges of the blossom. The blossom can be used immediately or placed on a curved surface to dry. Wire can be inserted into each flower blossom for use in wired arrangements and sprays.
