Create realistic sugar Sunflowers, Gerberas or Daisies using this quality PME plunger cutter set. Simply roll out the fondant or gum paste to the desired thickness, cut out the shape and depress the plunger to eject the sugar flower.
To obtain a finer finish, use a ball tool to soften the edges of the gerbera or sunflower. Using a flower drying mat the sugar flower can be depressed into the mat to allow it to dry into shape. Wire can be inserted into each flower for use in wired arrangements and sprays.
