Create the perfect sphere every time using these amazing BWB Sphere Chocolate Moulds. These moulds come in an innovative 3 part system to create the perfect sphere without any trimming required. These moulds are perfect for creating truffles, chocolate sphere balloons and so many other delicious desserts.
These incredible BWB Moulds are made using high quality food safe plastic and are super easy to clean with warm soapy water.
QUANTITY:
Each Mould comes with 3 parts, Part 1 - Smooth, Rigid Piece, Part 2 - Soft, Flexible Piece & Part 3 - Rigid Piece with Crease
DIRECTIONS:
- Melt desired chocolate and pour into the mould until the fill line. Lightly hit the bottom of the mould against a flat surface a few times to remove air bubbles from the chocolate.
- Next, place the flexible insert and the top of the mould into the cavity, pressing them together until the chocolate completely fills out the mould.
- Turn the mould over and with your fingers, press lightly against the edges of the cavities.
- Place the mould into the fridge and allow chocolate to harden and release itself from the mould (approximately 11 minutes)
- Remove the mould from the fridge and carefully remove the flexible insert from the chocolate.
- Now your chocolate is perfectly moulded and ready to go!
