Bakels - Shortbread Biscuit Mix - 15kg

Create a bulk amount of festive shortbread this Christmas with the Bakels Shortbread Biscuit Mix. This incredible mix will create some delicious shortbread cookies perfect for gifting this festive season.

The recipe is supplied with each mix. 

YIELD:

Approx. 46 biscuits if rolled to 30g - per 1kg

** Please note that the yield is also dependant on how this you roll your cookies and how large your cutter is. These numbers are an approximation only **

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees (standard fan force)

2. Cream butter until light

3. Blend shortbread biscuit mix on low speed - DO NOT OVER MIX

4. Roll shortbread dough out to a thickness of 8mm

5. Cut desired shapes

6. Place shapes on baking tray

7. Bake at 150 degrees for approximately 13-15 minutes
