The cakes will remain moist & delicious for 28 days! Can be re-frozen for 6 months or until the frozen best before date printed on the product label, whichever date comes first. Customers should protect their cake from temperature fluctuations and freezer odours by wrapping it in several layers of cling wrap and aluminum foil.
Cakes will defrost within 1-3 hours. However the cakes perform at their very best when they can sit ambient for 1-2 days before using them, especially if torting (slicing into thin layers).
