The cupcakes will remain moist & delicious for 28 days! Can be re-frozen for 6 months or until the frozen best before date printed on the product label, whichever date comes first. Cupcakes will defrost within 1-3 hours depending on size. However the cupcakes perform at their very best when they can sit ambient for 1-2 days before using them.
