This leveller is perfect for the professional cake decorator who appreciates that time is better spent decorating cakes than to spend more time cutting, levelling, using more ganache to fill the uneven cuts created by other methods of torting.

Agbay levellers cut through cakes like a hot knife through butter. They work perfectly with the most dense Australian mud cake! Simply set the leveller to your desired height, press it up against your cake and start sawing. with a few strokes you will be straight through your cake! The Agbay Single Blade Leveller is easily adjusted to cut to a height of 6" (15cm) and 20" (50.8cm) wide with its razor sharp stainless steel blade.
