Ganache your cakes with ease using Acrylic Ganache Boards. Available in a single set of 6 or a double set of 12, you will achieve perfect edges every time. Using acrylic ganache discs reduces waste as you can reuse them time and time again.
To use, simply place the desired sized acrylic disc or cake board underneath the cake and the equivalent ganache disc on top making sure they align. Spread ganache around the sides of the cake, using the boards as a guide for scraping off excess chocolate.
NOTE: The boards are shipped with the paper still on the acrylic to ensure that they are not damaged in transit. Remove the paper backing from the reflective side of the board prior to using.
