Create a delicious Vegan Vanilla Plant Based Cake using this amazing mix, suitable for Vegans, and those who may have lactose or egg intolerances.
1kg Vegan Vanilla Plant Based Cake Mix
470g water
220g vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 150 degrees
Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat on low for 1 minute
Scrape down sides of bowl and mix on medium/high for 2 minutes
Pour into prepared pan and bake until skewer comes out clean (start checking at 45mins for 8" round cake and 18 mins for cupcakes)
Leave to cool in tin and then upturn onto a cooling rack
Be careful not to overcook, cooking for longer at a lower temperature can help with this.
