Ingredients

Pizza & Focaccia Bread Mix - 580g

Water - 348g

Yeast 4g

Method
  1. Pre heat oven on 230°C degrees (Fan forced)

  2. Add lukewarm water, yeast and bread mix into mixing bowl

  3. Mix on low setting with dough hook for 12-16 minutes

  4. Remove dough from hook and rest in bowl for 10 minutes

  5. Divide dough in half and flatten dough on two pizza trays to desired thickness and size

  6. Prove on pizza trays for 30 minutes in a warm area (top of stove is a good place)

  7. Once dough has risen and doubled in size your dough is ready for toppings

  8. Cook pizza in oven and for 7-8 minutes
