Gluten Free Chocolate Mud Cake Mix recipe is produced in a nut, wheat and gluten free environment there's nothing artificial and they are preservative and colour free.
1Kg Gluten Free Chocolate Mud Cake Mix
4 x 60g eggs
280ml canola oil
280ml water
1Kg Gluten Free Chocolate Mud Cake Mix
7 x 60g eggs
250g Margarine or Butter
500g Dark Chocolate
Preheat oven to 175C (160C fan forced)
Grease 20cm / 8 Inch round cake tin
Place water, egg and oil then dry ingredients into bowl
Using a beater, combine ingredients on low speed for 1 minute
Scrape down bowl. Mix on low speed for 1 minute
Spoon into tin. Bake for approximately 55-60 minutes
Preheat oven to 175C (160C fan forced)
Melt margarine/butter and chocolate in the microwave
Add egg, mix well
Add mud cake mix and continue mixing
Pour batter into a greased brownie pan
Bake for approximately 40-50 minutes depending on tray size
Option:
High Chocolate Cake: Add 1% Gluten Free baking powder to dry mix
Always grease & paper line tins.
Almond meal or hazelnut meal may be added at 10% dry mix weight for added flavour.
