Chocolate buttercream is the perfect match for our Pettina Chocolate Cake Mix Recipe. 250g Softened Unsalted Butter
2 Cups or 320g Sifted Icing Sugar Mixture
1/2 Cup or 50g of Sifted Cocoa
1/4 Cup or 60ml of milk
For the buttercream, beat the butter until pale and creamy.
Add the icing sugar, cocoa and milk and beat until fluffy
Spread over the cake.
Use this buttercream for piping, crumb coating your cakes, ruffles and covering whole cakes.
Finish off with Sprinkle Pop sprinkles!
