Create a delicious lemon and poppy seed bundt cake using the Bakels vegan cake mix, super healthy but extremely tasty.
1kg Vegan Cake Mix
460ml Water
240ml Vegetable Oil
15g Apito Lemon Flavouring Paste
30g Poppy Seeds
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Add cake mix, water, and vegetable oil into a mixing bowl and beat on low for 1 minute
Scrape down sides of bowl and mix on medium for 6 minutes
Add poppy seeds and lemon flavouring paste, mix on low for 1 minute
Scale 1300g into a bundt cake tin
Bake for approximately 50 minutes
Leave to cool in tin and then place onto a cooling rack
Be careful not to overcook, cooking for longer at a lower temperature can help with this.
