1kg Vegan Cake Mix
176ml water
228g vegan margarine (melted)
70g cocoa powder
140g vegan chocolate chunks
Preheat oven to 160 degrees
Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat on low for 1 minute
Scrape down sides of bowl and mix for a further 1 minute
Spread into a paper lined slab tray (40cm x 30cm x 4cm)
Bake for approximately 30 minutes
Let cool then slice and serve!
Be careful not to overcook, cooking for longer at a lower temperature can help with this.
