1kg Bakels Shortbread Biscuit Mix
550g Salted Butter
Preheat oven to 150 degrees (standard fan force)
Cream butter until light
Blend shortbread biscuit mix on low speed - DO NOT OVER MIX
Roll shortbread dough out to a thickness of 8mm
Cut desired shapes
Place shapes on ungreased baking tray
Bake at 150 degrees for approximately 13-15 minutes
