1kg Bakels Pettina Chocolate Cake Mix
4 x 70g eggs
400ml Water
Preheat oven to 170 degrees
Line baking tin
Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl
Beat on low for 1 minute, scrape down sides of bowl
Beat on medium for 5 minutes
Then beat on second speed for 3 mins
Pour into a lined baking pan and bake until a wooden skewer comes out clean (start checking at 45 minutes for 8" round cake and 18 mins for cupcakes)
Be careful not to overcook, cooking for longer at a lower temperature can help with this.
