Create your own silicone moulds with this quality DIY Casting Jelly from Carolines. There is no need to buy a silicone mould if you have the real item to cast!
The casting jelly can be melted repeatedly provided the jelly is kept free from foreign materials.
200g tub or 1kg tub
Melt in the microwave on medium for 1 minute and stir gently. It can also be melted over hot water.
Place the article for moulding in a flat based container with sides higher than the product being moulded.
Pour the melted casting jelly over the object to completely cover it. If bubbles appear, tap the container lightly to bring the bubbles to the top.
Allow to cool.
