All Sarah Maddison Creative Impression Stamps are made for superior detail and a crystal clear finish, and can be stamped up to 4mm in depth into firm cookie dough or fondant. This laser cut acrylic reverse embosser style, when used on fondant, gives the appearance of perfectly cut and placed fondant pieces stuck to the cookies, minus the time and patience required!

SIZE:

Debosser: 10cm wide x 10cm tall

Design: 9cm wide x 9cm tall

Will suit up to a 90mm sized cookie cutter.

HOW TO USE:

1. With the etched side up, place pre-rolled fondant over your debosser and lightly dust with cornflour. Using a rolling pin, roll the fondant over the top in one smooth motion. This will push the fondant into the design, leaving it perfectly raised.
2. Gently peel the fondant away and place it on your bench. Use a cookie cutter to cut around the design. Lightly brush your cookie with water, then carefully transfer the cut fondant to your cookie.
3. Now that your cookie is looking amazing, you can easily paint or decorate the raised design. It's as easy as that!

CLEANING:

Hand wash only, keep below 50°C. DO NOT wash in dishwasher.
