Over The Top - Royal Icing Mix - 425g

Over The Top Royal Icing Mix is an easy to use, premixed royal icing mix that is ideal for all forms of piping work. From brush embroidery to fine lace work, Over The Top Royal Icing is perfect! All you need to make the Royal Icing is to add water.

Over The Top Royal Icing can be coloured using concentrated gel pastes.

HOW TO MAKE:

1. Place mix into bowl. If using an electric mixer, select the beater attachments.
2. Add the 4 tablespoons of water and beat for 6-9 minutes. If necessary, continue to add more water, 1 teaspoon at a time. 
3. Beat the icing until it reaches a stick peak consistency. 

INGREDIENTS:

Sugar, egg white powder, corn starch from maize or tapioca, synthetic flavour, food acid (E330), carboxymethylcellulose (E466).
