Works best when whipped prior to use. When whipped the volume of the buttercream will increase allowing a greater spread of buttercream. Over the top buttercream is smooth and silky with superior piping consistency. It is perfect for filling cakes, piping on cupcakes and more!

ALLERGEN STATEMENT:

Gluten, Dairy, Soy, Egg & Nut Free.

STORAGE:

Store in a cool dry place, ideally below 22ºC. Extended shelf life - 15 months from manufacture. Once opened keep sealed buttercream in the refrigerator for up to 3 months, or in the freezer for up to 6 months. For best results, stir before use.
