This quality non-stick silicone baking mat from Loyal is an ideal alternative to using baking paper when baking. Made from woven fibreglass and coated with food grade silicone, it is strong and also food safe compliant. The mat can be used for baking macarons or any other food that requires a flat surface. Using this mat, make your own edible gold and silver leaf by spreading a thin coat of cake lace mixture over the mat and place in the oven.
The mat also has measure marks along the two axis of the mat to help measuring when rolling out fondant. This mat is a suitable replacement for the Silpat Baking Mat or the Thermomix silicone mat.
