This class aims to teach the beginning steps of working with fondant and buttercream.
Students will be given instructions and explanations on how to create their own Santorini Cake using a variety of techniques and skills throughout.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Colouring fondant and buttercream
- Filling & Stacking cakes
- Using silicone molds to create fondant features
- Hand modelling small fondant details
- How to attach fondant decorations to the cake
- Guidance on piping buttercream vertically to the sides of the cake
