Your favourite slab cake is now available for our Gluten Free peeps! Enjoy this decadent Gluten Free Chocolate Mud Cake that comes ready to use for quick and easy decoration!

 

This ready to use slab cake comes ready to use for super easy decoration and are baked in a tray so you can either take the cake within the tray and simply pop the sides off when you get to your event or even pre-slice your cake! The tray is easily collapsable and you can use the top of the box to transport and protect your decorated cake!

 

The Bake Me Up Slab Cakes are perfect for large group events or even for using Cake Shape Guides and Templates for achieving the viral cake shape piping cakes! The Bake Me Up Naked Slab Cakes come ready to go which will save you time baking, preparing and levelling your cakes. These incredible cakes are baked with the cake decorator in mind and with their unique flat tops provide less wastage!

Sugar, egg, oil canola, water, alkalised cocoa powder, tapioca starch, rice flour, potato starch, modified starch (E1422), raising agents (E450 & E500), emulsifier (E471), iodised salt, natural chocolate flavour, humectant (E422), thickener (E415), preservative (E202).

SHELF LIFE:

The cakes will remain moist & delicious for 28 days! Can be re-frozen for 6 months or until the frozen best before date printed on the product label, whichever date comes first. Customers should protect their cake from temperature fluctuations and freezer odours by wrapping it in several layers of cling wrap and aluminum foil.

 

DEFROSTING:

Cakes will defrost within 1-3 hours. However the cakes perform at their very best when they can sit ambient for 1-2 days before using them, especially if torting (slicing into thin layers).
